Finally!!!

I met with my Fertility Dr today and within minutes of meeting her and answering a couple of questions she pulled us into the u.s. room for a scan. Seemed like a whirlwind, wasn't expecting things to happen so fast. A few things noted was lining was thin and looked post ovulatory, 19mm egg still in the there tho so she couldn't quite tell. Had my first ovulation + test this morning so that's weird but it's the first day i tested. Several cyst in there as well. Looks like surgery in about 3 weeks to explore more on whats going on in there and they will remove any tumors if necessary. Before I left they took blood to look at hormone levels, when they called back tonight they said all levels seemed pre ovulatory… weird. Will keep testing and trying ;) Only thing that can save me from surgery is if I finally become pregnant. :/
